About Gemma

Gemma is an entrepreneur, fitness coach, writer and philanthropist who fell in love with Muay Thai a long time ago.

Her mission is to break down barriers in sport and bring kickboxing fitness to all ladies, no matter their background or fitness level. Having trained in musical theater and played sport for England since a young age, Gemma is passionate about leading fun, challenging and happy workouts to ladies who otherwise might not set foot in a gym. A true Essex girl, Gemma is building something a little different in one of the most beautiful parts of the country (she thinks so anyway!) and there is no need to run off to the city to find one of the best workouts around.

Our Classes

“Do I have to do a round house kick?” this is what one lovely lady asked me when she asked about what the classes involved. No, my lovely, you certainly do not!

Unsure about where to start and what to do? Let me break it down for you.

Muay Cardio and Resistance

Our flagship class and the one that kicked us off! These classes are the core of our workouts and include cardio and conditioning workouts. Kickboxing - the workouts will be together in pairs (you do not have to bring a partner though, we will sort that) and we start off with a nice warm up and gentle boxing.

Muay Menopause Movement

Originally designed for women from peri to post menopause, this class is really for anyone who wants to take it down a notch or to have a gentler entry. The format follows the Muay Cardio and Resistance class however we make more adaptations to build in the fundamental changes that the menopause can bring to our bodies.

Girls Kickboxing and Empowerment

Our weekly kickboxing and empowerment classes are teaching girls the fundamentals of kickboxing in a same and empowered environment. The 45 minute sessions are designed for girls aged 5-12 with no or any background of sport or martial arts. The classes include:
